Abu Dhabi, 15 August 2021: Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi is delighted to welcome Driss Bajtit to its unrivalled food and beverage team as the new Director of F&B, bringing many years of expertise at the luxurious property located in Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi.

With more than 14 years of experience across international markets and reputable brands in Spain, China, Morocco, and the UAE – Bajtit will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and streamlining resources to maximize performance and quality standards. He is also expected to focus on creating bespoke F&B concepts to roll out across the resort.

Bajtit graduated in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Tourism at the Universidad de Alcala in Madrid, Spain and holds an MBA in International Hotel Management from Vatel International Business School in 2013. Since then, Bajtit joined various international hotel brands including Mandarin Oriental, St. Regis, Ritz-Carlton, and Marriott.

Prior to joining Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Villas, Bajtit spearheaded the overall operations at the Venetian Village, complex of stand-alone restaurants as well as the F&B division at the Radisson Blu Corniche Abu Dhabi Hotel.
