First Friday brings a host of arts and culture events to Cherry Street Pier, the Barnes Foundation, Downtown Oxford and more. And Sunday marks the last chance to see Soutine / de Kooning: Conversations in Paint at the Barnes.

Local Indonesian organizations celebrate Indonesian Independence Day with a free festival, and Linvilla Orchards and Peddler’s Village pay tribute to the peach.

On stage this week: tons of free outdoor community concerts, plus HoagieNation, Modest Mouse and Luke Bryan.

Plus, top attractions like Blue Cross RiverRink Summerfest, Parks on Tap and Spruce Street Harbor Park are open all week long.
